Tom Sephakis is a staffing industry veteran with over 32 years of experience. Having served at the National Sales, President, and COO/CEO levels within the staffing industry, he was responsible for major National and Global Clients, including RPO, BPO, and MSP implementation and management. Outside of work, Tom was prior President/Chairman for the boards of the Regional YMCA Group and The Sunnybrook Foundation.
